Welcome to the Salmon & Bear Training Pathway, designed to develop confident, knowledgeable, and guest-focused team members. Our structured program follows the Learn It → Use It → Master It approach, ensuring new team members build essential skills, gain hands-on experience, and transition to independent service with confidence.
Training Stages:
✅ Stage One: Induction & Onboarding (Shifts 1-3) – Covers restaurant basics, service flow, menu knowledge, and core FOH skills.
✅ Stage Two: Advanced Service & Efficiency – Focuses on section management, handling large groups, problem-solving, and leadership.
✅ Stage Three: Growth & Development – Prepares team members for senior roles, including shift leadership and mentoring new staff.
